Service terms

Last reviewed: 29 October 2026

These terms describe how Noverto provides its services. A signed proposal or statement of work for a specific engagement takes precedence over these general terms.

1. Provider

Services are provided by Noverto.

2. Scope

The services, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal accepted by the client. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

3. Approvals

The client names the people who approve content and budgets. Content is only published after the agreed approval.

4. Client responsibilities

The client provides accurate information about its products and services, holds any licences its activity requires, and is responsible for the final approval of claims and compliance with the advertising rules that apply to it.

5. Third-party platforms

Content may be published on platforms operated by third parties, such as social networks and email services, under their own terms. Noverto follows those terms but does not control the platforms.

6. No guarantees of results

Search engines and social platforms act independently. Noverto commits to delivering the agreed work with reasonable skill and care and to reporting honestly, but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

7. Fees and payment

Fees, invoicing intervals and payment terms are set out in the proposal. Publication costs approved by the client are invoiced as agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential.

9. Termination

Retainers may be ended with the notice period stated in the proposal. Work completed and approved costs incurred up to the end date remain payable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
