FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Contracts, approvals, reporting, channels and expectations, answered plainly.

Contracts and pricing

How are contracts structured?

Most clients start with a monthly retainer with a defined scope, or a single project such as an audit or a content refresh. Retainers run month to month after an initial period agreed in the proposal.

How much does it cost?

Retainers are priced on the agreed monthly scope. You receive a written proposal before any work starts.

Do you offer a free audit?

Yes. Send your website through the contact form and we reply with a short audit of your main priorities.

Deliverables and approvals

What will we receive?

A written plan, the agreed deliverables for each month, an account manager and regular reports. Each service page lists its deliverables.

Who approves content?

You do. We agree the approvers at the start. Nothing is published or sent without approval.

Can we supply our own content?

Yes. We can edit, optimise and repurpose content your team writes.

Reporting

How often do you report?

A short written update every two weeks and a full report at the end of each month.

What does a report contain?

Completed work, changes to the site, and performance from Search Console, analytics, social and email platforms.

Channels

Which channels do you cover?

Your website and search, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and email. We recommend the channels where your customers actually are.

Do you run paid advertising?

Our focus is content, SEO, organic social and email. We can prepare content for paid campaigns you run.

Do you work in other languages?

Yes, with native-speaking writers for the markets we cover.

Expectations

Can you guarantee results?

No. Nobody controls search results or social algorithms. We commit to agreed deliverables and honest reporting, and explain what is realistic before you sign.

How long until we see results?

Technical fixes and emails can show effects within weeks; content and SEO usually take several months.
