Who we are
This website is operated by Noverto. Contact: contact@noverto.io.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the details you enter: name, business email, company, website, the services you are interested in, target countries, licences, goals, budget and preferred start date, together with the time of submission.
We do not store your IP address with your message. Our web server keeps standard technical access logs for security and troubleshooting, which are deleted on a rolling basis.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no third-party content. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server.
Why we use your details
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the contract and our legal obligations require.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. They are stored on our own hosting provider's servers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to its use, by writing to contact@noverto.io. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in Estonia the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or the authority in the country where you live.
