  • Payment is due according to the selected billing cycle
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins
  • Campaign fees may be partially refunded if work has not commenced
  • No refunds are provided for completed work or delivered links

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Noverto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Search engine penalties or ranking changes
  • Third-party website actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
